Envision

Anno 2023, the banking sector is taking a next step in its digitalisation, moving towards conversational banking solutions. This choice was based on the proven mutual trust and cooperation of the partners, an attractive and flexible business model for all parties.

Shape

The core banking solution of Finnova can be customised with preselected and predesigned components to create a one-stop-shop experience for banks. This modular approach combined with open APIs is a very fertile ground for co-creation and incorporating third-parties' solutions. Jemmic’s ability to envision, shape and deliver resulted in turning the vision of the conversational framework into reality. SecuChat as integral part of the Finnova Conversational Framework aims at bringing client engagement to a new level by delivering fully integrated communication flows that trigger workflows and which are assisted by automation.
This is a blessing for the bank advisors as well, finally adding some fun and simplicity to traditionally complex and repetitive flows. Jemmic offers a holistic approach to modern digital communication, available on all common platforms, and facilitating features covering all common media-streams such as standard messaging, chat, qualified electronic signatures, (audio/video)calls, document exchange and also collection and validation of structured data through electronic forms.

Deliver

Finnova's Mobile Application Platform 4 (MAP4), launched in 2022, features an embedded version of SecuChat. Finnova’s modular white labelled iOS and Android application can be tailored to each bank’s digital strategy by selectively activating modules that are relevant to the bank and their clients. Clients are able to smoothly transition between a large number of features, all while communicating through the SecuChat module with their advisor with a simplicity matching WhatsApp. Use cases vary from engaging with advisors appointed to the client regarding investment strategies, to getting in touch with the contact-center for more general inquiries. On the other hand, it is also the bank who can reach out to the client, be it for asking for AML or KYC information, or for offering products matching the interest of the client. Even voice and video consultations are possible, with screensharing, and all of this encrypted and recorded if desired. Front-to-back integrations into different back-end modules of the Finnova Banking Software will enable end-to-end automated processing of client requests - examples could be corporate actions, transaction validations, investment proposals or the electronic signing of documents.
Last but not least, the integration puts SecuChat where it belongs on bank side : in the tool that structures the daily work of the advisor, interacting with CRM components, task lists and client life cycle management features - avoiding time-consuming swapping between applications. As seen from these examples, the partnership and its holistic approach bring benefits to clients and employees, shaping the future digital communication with clients - and making it a fun experience for everyone.
