Run relevant campaigns and onboarding in the same secure channel, from engagement point to signed mandate, including prospects before any core-banking record exists.

Campaigns can be initiated globally by a business function such as marketing, or by advisors themselves drawing on closeness to the client and intuition to target the right client at the right time with the right message.

Campaigns can cover invitations to events and thought-leadership papers on market situation, innovation, and trends; anything that triggers relevant engagement points and surfaces the client’s willingness to engage with the bank on a given topic.

The Conversational Framework can also support onboarding: the conversational journey can start as a prospect, before any record is opened in the core banking system. Integrations with CRM and business process tools dramatically reduce the administrative burden on advisors.

From a relevant engagement point, the same secure channel can carry the conversation through to a signed mandate and continue with invitations, papers, and secure outreach to prospects referred by the client.

Automate document requests and filing, validate suggested answers, pull in experts inside the conversation, and document transactions in one click, so advisors spend time on the client, not admin.

Advisors spend enormous amounts of time asking clients for documents and information, filing that documentation in the right place in the IT system, writing call reports, and updating the CRM. That work drains energy and dampens enthusiasm to engage with clients.

With the Conversational Framework, advisors can focus again on where real value lies: tending to client needs, developing the relationship, and intensifying collaboration.

Requests for information and documentation can be automated or at least prepared, and follow-up can run automatically or with a single click through integration with the CRM and the archiving or document management system. Documenting a transaction becomes a one-click task.

Support can also be handled more efficiently, with suggested answers validated by the advisor, or by drawing on assistants and experts from within the bank by adding them to the conversation.

Entire segments of conversations can be selected and injected into in-house tools: archiving, CRM, or kicking off processes in a business process management platform.

Conversations (texts, documents, and recorded/transcribed calls) can be attached to the client file in the bank's CRM and/or automatically archived.

The advisor works in a web interface that can stand alone, but is most often integrated into the CRM or dashboard.

Private banks need a channel as easy as WhatsApp but with mobile-banking security: text, documents, voice and video, institutional memory, and signable documents with documented origin, for clients, prospects and partners.

Financial institutions, and especially private banks, need to avoid unauthorized channels for advice, transaction instructions, or data subject to banking secrecy. Unauthenticated channels are entry doors for fraud, in both directions.

The Conversational Framework is as easy to use as a messenger like WhatsApp, but with the full security and compliance of mobile banking (either integrated into the mobile banking app, or as a stand-alone white-labelled app).

Advisor and client can converse with text messages, documents, voice messages, and voice and video calls, while lowering bank risk. Conversations (texts, documents, and calls that can be recorded and transcribed) live in a central place for institutional memory, increasing resilience.

Transmission of signable documents such as contracts, subscription orders, or transaction instructions systematically documents the origin and context of what is being signed.

This applies not only to clients, but also to prospects and partners of the clients (for example staff of the family office, lawyers, or tax advisors).

The framework can run as a white-labelled mobile app for the client, or be integrated directly into the bank's mobile banking app.

From app download to activated account—prospects tap "Become Customer" and are guided conversationally through onboarding, identity verification, and access to the protected area. Powered by Jemmic's Conversational Framework for Finnova MAP4: automated for standard profiles, human support when it counts.

As a private bank or wealth manager you want the assets of your clients to stay with you.

With SecuChat, you can inform your client ahead of time that some liquidity will free up, giving you thus the opportunity to suggest meaningful options that will also allow you to continue managing your client’s assets.

The initial alert can be communicated by a simple robot which automatically screens the portfolios for instruments that come to maturity. The exchange with the client that follows the alert will then be continued by the advisor – conversational banking at its finest.

In addition, you can finalize the transaction as well by having the client sign in SecuChat – with a qualified signature that is valid and enforceable in the entire European Union as well as in Switzerland. There will be no more hassle to find a printer, sign and scan the document – all parties can securely sign within the application.

It appears that in private banking and wealth management instant messaging has become common practice – be it by SMS, Whatsapp or other social network tools like Facebook messenger. This form of communication is very problematic from a security point of view. Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed as these exchanges take place outside of the audited channels of the bank.

With SecuChat you have an alternative with the highest security standards. We provide the ease of communication that you know from the usual messaging, meaning you can easily contact your clients and vice-versa and send text messages as well as documents such as images and pdfs. The advisor can respond either via his mobile app or use a web-based interface as shown here. The client gets notified of new messages and unlocks the instant messenger with his fingerprint or via face recognition in order to get the bank’s message decrypted. Your client experiences a highly personalized service – with maximum security and in real time.

The creation of an electronic contract has never been easier.

Just select the flow of messages where you agreed on the terms, and ask SecuChat to create a document with the message protocol.

So far, the electronic signing of documents has always been quite a hassle. This changes with SecuChat.

Just drag and drop the PDF document you want the client to sign into SecuChat with, and SecuChat automatically prepares the document for electronic signing.

Everyone in the SecuChat conversation can now open the document and initiate the signing process. As you see here, SecuChat automatically added a signing page with the place holders for signing.

In this example, to sign the document, the user is redirected to the Swisscom All Inclusive Signing Service that SecuChat has integrated. Here, on this screen provided by Swisscom, he can enter his Swisscom credentials to sign the document.

Once the document is signed with a qualified and hence legally binding signature, the user posts it into SecuChat where the next user can countersign it, until all necessary signatures are applied to the document. SecuChat securely stores the signed document, and users can download the final version from the ap, a Web front-end or have integrated archiving solutions retrieve them automatically from the server.

There are several occasions when you need to quickly get in touch with your client. For instance, when you need to inform him of a change of circumstance, get a confirmation or receive documentation.

In this first example, you automatized certain MiFiD alerts – these alerts are sent automatically to the client. With the app you can prove the date and time of the alert as well as get confirmation for when the alert was received and read by the client. You can also have the client counter-sign documents with a qualified signature or have him just actively confirm that he received said documentation.

Another example of alert relates to increasing anti-money laundering (AML) controls – you can inform the client that a given transaction is blocked and that you need some documentation to unblock it. This message can be automatically generated from an AML workflow system. You can also send reminders if the client does not respond swiftly. Communication can be automatically injected in your workflow systems where information is validated and/or some clarifications can be verified.

Remediation can also be addressed similarly– workflows can automatically ask the client to renew his documentation. If needed, human intervention can always interrupt the process and take over the communication.

You can even go further and make payment validations. Often, sensitive or unusual payments are blocked and the advisor needs to make a call back to the client – this can be automated with SecuChat.

You can even manage logins over the application – the more the client uses it on a day-to-day basis, the more he gets used to it and you keep a real-time communication channel with him.

(The roles have actually reversed: all by being at the very center, the client is available to you.)
